Purpose

To add new classrooms and collaborative spaces including a learning common where chapels and gatherings can be enjoyed.  Renovate and revitalize the school providing improved connectivity to spaces and update mechanical and electrical systems.

Components

The project was completed with students and staff occupying the building during the school year.  Additions took place on all sides of the building so the work was completed with three phased occupancies.  New water, storm, sewer, gas and electrical services were installed to accommodate the larger facility.  Seismic and improved fire separation were added to the existing structure along with new boilers and additional air conditioning to parts of the existing building.  

Site Improvements value of $1,200,00.00 New Playground, Long Jump Running track. New 280 vehicle parking lot. New CIP concrete amphitheater, plaza and sidewalks, benches and picnic tables.
