We offer:
Construction Management
Fricia offers Construction Management services that will keep your projects time, cost and quality on track. We will work as your Agent alongside your consultants while planning, designing, and constructing your project, from beginning to end. When required, Fricia will provide full insurance coverage.
General Contracting
Fricia provides services to Clients who have a full scope of work drawn and detailed that requires a competitive lump sum, turn-key contract. When required, Fricia will provide full bonding and insurance coverage.
Design & Build
Fricia offers Design & Build services to Clients who have a vision for their project and require a lump sum contract to design the full scope of work and complete the construction. When required, Fricia will provide full bonding and insurance coverage.

John Atsma
John is a skilled Red Seal Carpenter and is certified by the Canadian Playground Safety Institute (CPSI) to install and inspect custom and manufactured play equipment. He acts as a project manager on a variety of different projects and loves to be part of the design process. Working with architectural concrete and heavy timber construction have become a few of John’s favourite components of a project.
Jacob Atsma
Jacob is a talented Red Seal Carpenter. He is a faithful hard working man and is a great example to the crew he supervises and to the trades and consultants with whom he works.
Sean O’Leary
Sean is an accomplished Red Seal Carpenter. He is the engine that drives all with whom he works to get the job done. He is innovative as he comes up with unique solutions to address complicated construction issues.
