Replace existing pile caps minimizing disturbance to existing structure, add cross bracing, install pile postings and banding, and address two sink holes along promenade.  This work was all completed working above and beside the Fraser River in a tidal area.  Work was timed and planned around the tides.  Pedestrian traffic was diverted around the construction areas but never disrupted.
