Structural and seismic upgrade of 1600 square feet of the public market cantilevered over False Creek where settlement was occurring.  Upgrade glazing finishes.

Components

Demo existing floor supports and foundations.  Install new mini piles complete with pile caps and structural steel.  Replace compromised beams and posts with new glulam and timber beams.  Replace the existing glazing exterior finishes to meet current building envelope standards while still complementing the existing finishes.
